Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day project operation
- Ensure works are carry in accordance with construction drawing, specification, shop drawing and method statement
- Provide solutions to improve on work methods
- Daily update to project manager on work progress during site meeting
- Assist project manager in project preparation and implementation
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce good housekeeping practices of materials and equipment
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace environment
- Lead a group of workers, arrange their daily works and maintain daily productivity record
Requirements:
- Possess at least NITEC in Engineering or relevant trades, Candidates who possess National Certificate in Construction Supervision will have an added advantage
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry
- Experience as Site Agent/Sub Agent in large infrastructure project, including LTA / MRT project and tunnel work
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
