Job Responsibilities:
- Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can react positively to people-oriented situations.
- Tactful and able to handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, efficiently and politely
- Well groomed with a presentable / pleasant disposition and personality.
- Good role model with excellent management skills to lead team of therapists.
- Creative, self-motivated, results driven with good analytical skills and works well under pressure.
- Recognized beauty therapy qualification such as CIDESCO / CIBTAC/ ITEC/ NSRS/ NITEC/ WSQ certificate is favorable.
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy / retail industry.
- Proficient in MS Office is an advantage.
- Preferably Singaporeans
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry
- Powerful motivator with strong leadership skills
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to lead a team of max 15 staffs
- Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Positive attitude and mindset, able to roll with punches
- Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills and constantly having a positive mindset
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
