Job Description
- Oversees the operations and maintenance of the organisation
- Evaluating logistics/ operation processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns
- Manpower planning, placement and training
- Establishing training and career development plans
- Oversees budget for operations and monitors the expenditure
- Oversee daily operations and inventory level to achieve optimal operational efficiency
- Ensuring the smoothness of daily operations, adequate resource availability, and policy enforcement
- Monitor and control allocation of resources to increases productivity across different projects
- To serve as a bridge between management and operational teams
- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in operation management of site projects
- Experience of working in SMEs and/or subcontractor environment
- Experience with management of foreign workers
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams
- Possess a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Strong organization, communication and writing skills
- Ability to handle new information and adaptive to change
