What you will be doing
- Assist in copywriting for the Club’s publications including quarterly magazine and Annual Report;
- Assist in content development for the Club’s digital and social media channels;
- Manage publicity requests for events, promotions and internal communications and ensure timely reach out to target audiences;
- Handle members’ feedback, tracking and preparing monthly reports;
- Plan and execute outreach marketing activities and campaigns to promote Club memberships;
- Generate reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns;
- Research and acquire opportunities to promote membership via partnerships;
- Assist in developing members’ benefits and retention programmes;
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
What we are looking for
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field;
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience with events management;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- English copywriting proficiency is preferred;
- Tech savvy and adept with social media strategies and management;
- Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team;
- Motivated, meticulous and results-oriented with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
