We are a Family Office looking for a high-caliber individual who shares the same values of professionalism and commitment. In this role, you’ll support senior management in Singapore with other professionals to achieve strategic and business targets.
DUTIES:
- Perform daily duties covering administrative to ensure the smooth operations of the company;
- Handle bank/ broker account opening and assist in KYC tasks;
- Follow up outstanding issues and handle client's enquires on a timely and professional manner;
- Maintain and house-keep Statutory/ regulatory records in a timely basis;
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or related disciplines
- Over 3 years related working experience
- Good command of English and CHINESE (MUST)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Responsible, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, able to work independently with multi-tasking ability
- Able to work independently while supervisor and senior management are not present
- Singaporean and Permanent Resident only
