JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project coordination and supervision of site M&E service include installation, testing & commissioning
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates
- Liaise & work closely with clients, main contractors on the progress of works
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method statements & local codes and regulations
- Schedule & monitor work program and activities to ensure target completion dates of works are met
- Liaise with supplier/ vendors/ subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Ensure a safe environment on-site or maintain all quality and safety records
- Supervise all works performed by subcontractors at the site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client's requirement
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
- A least Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in ACMV is preferred
