Dana PT Singapore DC is looking for an Accountant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overall financial statement preparation by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance. This position will also cover some HR/Admin tasks as assigned.
Job responsibilities
· Prepare monthly and quarterly actual and forecast cashflow reporting, support company cash management related activities,
· Supplier invoice mapping,
· Issue invoice according to each customer’s requirement,
· Handle daily accounting task, prepare monthly AP/AR aging analysis report,
· Involve in monthly closing process to make sure all the tasks meet the deadline,
· Handle employee expense claim via Concur,
· Support of audit schedules and inter-company reconciliation
· Support GST return, declaration, and the related documentation requested by the tax authority,
· This position will also cover some HR/Admin tasks as assigned.
· Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills
· Associate degree major in Accounting or Finance is required,
· Work experience in external audit firm will be beneficial, independent and able to meet tight deadline.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Navision, Blackline, Hyperion.
· Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
· Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
· Self-driven and a team player, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Good analytical skills and has an eye for detail, dedication and commitment.
· Possess can do attitude.
