About the Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations in a nursing home.
- Lead and manage clinical staff to deliver quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects to improve care standards.
- Plan and be responsible to manpower budget.
- Conduct research and propose improvement ideas, project proposals for management review.
What We Are Looking For
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing with valid AED/BCLS
- Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a valid Practising Certificate
- At least 5 years of clinical management experience.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, budget experience, and ability to work independently and in team-based environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
