Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant
*Must be available to work weekends, a minimum of 4 days a week, with each shift lasting at least 5 hours per day.
Job Description:
- Engage in sales activities with walk-in and internal customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, excellent service, and support.
- Attend to incoming calls or emails.
- Maintain clear product displays with price tags and information boards.
- Ensure cleanliness of retail areas and storage premises.
- Conduct monthly inventory stocktaking and handle weekly/monthly re-ordering of low stock items.
- Manage sales transactions via ERP systems/POS systems and submit sales receipts to the accounts department.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team player with a results-driven mindset.
- Well-organized, proactive, and meticulous.
- Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and scheduled public holidays.
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate degree in any field.
- Candidates with at least 1 year of related working experience will have an advantage by providing prompt, excellent service, and support.
