ADMIN SUPPLY COORDINATOR

  • Coordinate with internals to ensure supply is adequate
  • Ensure compliance with logistics requirements and resolve issues
  • Review and handle all correspondence including drafting of responses and produce official correspondence as required
  • Manage incoming/outgoing email, and prioritize items as necessary
  • Coordinate and manage schedule including all arrangements
  • Materials planning – Monitor regularly to ensure stock requirements are met by the customers
  • Requesting on product specification and technical data matters
  • Develop and build strong relationship with Vendors and assist in day-to-day customer service activities
  • Handle Imports arrangement
  • Manage all Safety ad Certificates requirement for Import & transportation with compliance to Government Authority of Singapore
  • Perform supply chain Efficent analysis
  • Develop good vendor management with warehouse personnel to meet objectives in area of adequately inventory control
  • Ad hoc assigned by Management
  • Need to work on 2 alternate Saturday per Month
  • Stock take for daily out going goods
