1) To work as supporting Process Design Engineer to Project Lead Process Design Engineer
2) To co-ordinate with Process Designer to Prepare PFD & P&IDs
3) Perform Hydraulic calculations, surge analysis, Wastewater calculation, Firefighting calculation
4) Perform Tank Venting Calculation as per API 2000
5) Perform TRV and PSV Sizing Calculation as per API 520 & API 521
6) Prepare Tank Operating Level Calculation
7) Prepare Heat & Material Balance
8) Perform Heat Transfer Calculations
9) Prepare Material Selection Diagram
10) Prepare Process Line List, Product Data sheet
11) Participate in HAZOP / SIL Study and close out HAZOP / SIL Action sheets
12) Prepare Design Basis & System Description
13) Prepare Pollution control report and Fire safety report
14) Perform Tank emission calculation
15) Prepare Process data sheets for Equipments like pumps, Heat Exchangers, Refrigeration unit, Flare, Boilers, Oil Water Separators, Vessels
16) Prepare Process data sheets for Instruments like control valves, MOVs, Pneumatic actuators, Level Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow meters etc.
17) Prepare Process Control Philosophy & ESD Philosophy
18) Prepare Cause & Effect Diagram
19) Prepare Commissioning Procedure & Operation Manual
20) Review Vendor Documents for Process related information
21) Review Plot Plan, Piping Layout, Instrument Data Sheet, Equipment Data Sheets for Process related information as Inter Discipline Check
22) To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
23) To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.

Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical)
Experience
4 years to 7 years
