Job Responsibilities
· Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract
· Liaising with external parties on insurance renewal or application related matter
· Preparing and printing of document for the operation
· Calls and emails follow up to customer or external clients
· Assist in billing related matters
· Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
· Keying in daily and monthly sales report
· Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
· Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
· Assist in marketing related tasks
Job Requirement
· Entry Level or 1 year of working experience
· Team player
· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
