Job Summary

This exciting position supports the group's FP&A deliverables globally. Additionally, you serve as the Support Unit's primary finance business partner inside the Group, supporting, evaluating, and collaborating closely with pertinent stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly Group Reports and variance analysis; assist the Director of FP&A in creating and generating meaningful financial reports and analysis on a timely basis to aid in decision making.
  • Assist in creating the group annual budget, monthly forecast, quarterly reporting, and management review decks, such as investor day decks, quarterly AC review decks, and monthly management reports.
  • Develop financial models, instruments, and procedures that support management in making important company choices.
  • Create the Support Unit and management's yearly financial plan, quarterly and monthly performance reports, and projection analysis.
  • Verify that the annual budget and the monthly and quarterly forecasts are in line. Monitor the accuracy of the forecast and control or escalate any dangers to it. Clearly illustrate the predicted performance trend with story board.
  • Suggest and encourage both ongoing and new initiatives to enhance current processes within the FP&A team


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience of progressive financial experience with focus on providing budget, forecast and business analysis support within MNC.
  • Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills, financial modelling skills strongly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to handle large amounts of data
  • Self-motivated, business mindset and a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Highly articulate in verbal presentations as well as written communications to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous expertise in business processes, re-engineering and ERP system deployment experience is advantage
