Responsibilities:
· Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hour returns and coordinate all aspects of site issues for repair projects
· Liaise with surveyors and comply with inspection requirements
· Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule
· Study and evaluate the work processes and methods of the department and explore new ideas to improve work quality and productivity
· Resolve any technical problems or issues with Designer, contractors, class & owner
· Evaluate technical and engineering requirements of the jobs
· Obtain and monitor drawings and technical information
· Prepare reports on job status and project completion
· Conduct Risk Assessment and hazard reporting
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
· Experience in managing subcontractors
· Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Resourceful, committed, independent and a good team player
· Willing to work under on site environment-heat, grease and dust

· Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
· 5 days work week
· Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
