Responsibilities:
Operation and Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the business, including handling inquiries and coordinating meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Check sell-through and process Purchase Orders (POs) or other POs related administration efficiently and accurately.
- Handle supplier invoices, verifying and submitting them for approval in a timely manner.
- Prepare new System Department Class/Subclass for new vendors and maintain the integrity of our system codes such as SKUs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
Merchandising Reporting
- Prepare monthly reports and post-mortem analyses after every promotion.
- Generate daily sales by department and subclass accurately, ensuring data integrity.
- Update price changes and purchase orders promptly to reflect current information.
- Print out sales reports for concessionaire suppliers and distribute them as necessary.
- Process Indent Purchase Summary and Indent Advance Orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate or support related matters with vendors or other departments as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Prior experience in retail merchandising or related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with merchandising software and systems is an advantage.
