Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager/Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing the activities of the Centre, overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and coordinating various activities. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Centre Director, handling his calendar and travel management.


Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the Centre Director's calendar, international travel arrangements, and expense claims.
- Monitor deadlines and assist the Centre Director with administrative matters.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre, including procurement, office management, task coordination, grant applications and budgeting, grant monitoring and reporting, and events management.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in academic administration with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Adobe software.


**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in the event management lifecycle.
- Proficiency in content design software.
- Familiarity with academic administration.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, website management, and coding is a plus.
