Little Paddington Preschool’s (LPP) vision is to provide a world-class holistic learning space, where children discover their love for learning. We are currently teaching about 500 Children across 8 schools in Singapore. We are expanding rapidly and currently looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join our HQ team.
The responsibilities for the candidate will include the following:
- Oversees centralised LPP enrolment.
- Serves as point of contact and coordinates support to the prospective parents, including, but not limited to Centre Admins, Centre Principals, Teachers and Management
- Handles phone calls and emails from prospective LPP parents.
- Answers application and enrolment inquiries from the prospective parents
- Assists families with LPP enrolment queries and admissions procedures, including discounts and withdrawal policies
- Ensure families are aware of a detailed breakdown of our fees and any other additional information.
- Monitors and supports regular communications to families, including face to face and/or virtual family engagement sessions for parents and community members.
- Organises and inputs information into a log for sharing with Centre Admins and reporting to Management.
- Plans and coordinates with the Management for events and other important dates.
- Manages LPP’s s Marketing campaigns for enrolments - including support and collection of information for the various LPP websites, Parent websites (Sassy Mama, HoneyKids Asia) and social media platforms (FB/Instagram)
- Organises, supports, and/or facilitate LPP Open Houses
- Organises Parent Activities – such as in-condo events, coffee meets, café meet-ups etc. to engage prospective parents to join LP
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in speaking and writing English skills. (Chinese will be an added advantage)
- Sales, Customer Service and Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of transactions.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be alright to work on occasional Saturdays (Open House/ School Events/ Coffee Meets etc…) [Time off will be compensated as off-in-lieu]
- Able to work as a team player and willing to learn.
- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
