Job Description
1. Custom design of Probe Cards for wafer level testing based on Cantilever technology.
2 Execute the feasibility analysis of a new probe card design and prepare layout for customer
approval in a timely manner.
3. Responsible for the on-time delivery of projects while maintaining good design quality.
4. Interact with various local and international engineering departments.
5. Contribute to design process improvement activities.
6. Support Senior Engineer on other Design adhoc activities
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in probe card design or application, hardware board level design, test interface design, semiconductor test or semiconductor product engineering.
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Skills: Experience in AutoCAD drafting & schematic interpretation will be an added advantage.
- Others: Able to work OT and weekend if required.
