You will collaborate and support the department in driving the strategy process for SingHealth, from strategy development to the design and implementation of strategic initiatives and alignment. You will provide corporate planning and performance management advisory to SingHealth departments and institutions. You will also provide secretariat support for key management meetings.
The role requires a working knowledge of a variety of technical processes within strategy and performance management as well as the ability to evaluate and modify approaches to meet stakeholder requirements. It will include development of work plans and performance management frameworks.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate planning or management reporting, preferably from a management consulting background
- Strong written, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and communication skills to interact with staff from all levels
- Resourceful and proactive individual who is able to work well independently and in a team
- Detail-oriented, good organisational skills, able to multitask and prioritise concurrent workloads
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
