Job Description:-
- Assist in supervising & training FA inspectors include preparation of training materials. Effectiveness of training assess thru’ test conducted for each trainee.
- Assist in compiling of FA reports and outgoing inspection reports when the FA data girl not available.
- Generating / update inspection WI / Checklist / Reports.
- Raise NCR for FA part related rejection, update NCR masterlist. Work with the respective process owner for CAPA action.
- Communicate and follow-up with customers on FA part quality issues i.e. CAPA or 8D reply
- Perform verification / failure analysis / capability studies and other QA tasks as assigned.
- Perform 100% inspection on First Article parts and components, taking photo for FA parts and FAI report submission and follow up. Update FA masterlist.
- Monitor measuring equipment calibration status and arrange for calibration, update equipment calibration masterlist.
- Knowledge of GD & T and has capability to operate CMM measuring equipment.
- Any other task assigned by Quality Manager
Job Requirement:-
- NTC/ITC in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Quality Assurance Engineering or SQI Certified Quality Engineer
- Must be able to interpret all the technical drawing with GD & T specs.
- Able to perform programming with CMM, Smart scope for inpesction.
- At least 3 year relevant experience in sheet metal and structure fabrication environment.
- Knowledge on MS Office applications like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
