Senior/Human Resource Manager


Role Overview

The Senior HR Manager will report to the HR Director and will be leading a team of 2.


Responsibilities


· Serve as a strategic HR business partner for the Group

· Identify, build, and execute people agenda that aligns with the business goals and requirements

· Oversee HR operations, policies, and processes covering talent management and development, performance management, workforce planning & talent acquisition, rewards, and benefits, employee engagement, and employer branding

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR initiatives and programs

· Drive/support Group level projects

· Analyse HR metrics and recommend improvement measures where appropriate

· Improve HR efficiency and effectiveness through digitization, streamlining, and adopting of smart working processes

· Strengthen competencies and encourage personal growth of the HR team


Experience and skills


· Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university

· Min. 15 years of HR experience, of which at least 5 years in a regional role with team-leading responsibilities

· Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience is a must

· Ability to build trusted partnerships and relationships

· Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

· Having a desire to understand business goals and strategy

· Strong communicator – written, spoken and non-verbal

· Agile and adaptable in a fluid environment

· Possess resilience and a positive mindset

· Personable and approachable
