Role and Responsibilities:
- To ensure technical team execute improvement plan and deliver saving or output in order to meet the project timeline and commitment
- To oversee and review operational activities and identify process improvements via process development and automation
- To establish a technical and equipment engineering support team in order to provide world class solutions to customers
- To review operational activities and identify process improvements in order to deliver significant productivity and quality improvements
- To provide leadership to Technical, Equipment, Process Engineers, Work Safety in order to provide process development and world class technical support to operations
- To be responsible for Work Safety and Health for all production process and equipments and to ensure that all process and equipments are operated with safety protection in order to eliminate all hazardous elements that pose a threat to the safety of the production operators and engineers
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a high volume manufaturing environment
- Experience in automation machine design, PLC programming, hands-on experience in machining including CNC, conventional milling, lathe and grinding machine
- Knowledge of legal safety regulations for installation of heavy capital equipments and activity permits for medical device manufacturing company
- Knowledge in design, basic and detailed engineering and project management
- PLC and HMI programming knowledge in Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi, Keyence, Omron and etc.
- Strong leadership and collaborative management skills
