Responsibilities
To provide clerical and support functions in Clinic as well as the reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing and enquiries.
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
- Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours 7.50am or clinic closing hours 7pm
- Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Buangkok Green Medical Park, Outram - Health Promotion Board, Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic)
Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role
