Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve timely and budget-compliant project completion while meeting client and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from inception to final delivery.
- Ensure that project teams adhere to company standards and identify areas for workflow enhancement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders to foster ongoing partnerships.
- Assist in procuring new business opportunities.
Requirement
- Relevant experience as architectural assistant or equivalent
- Min. Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA)
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape
- Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion of construction
