This position is based at ST TPY premise.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Analyst to join our finance team. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to gather data, conduct cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Unit Cost Reporting and Analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of actual and forecast unit cost data, benchmarking, and key projects.
- Identify cost drivers, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Unit Cost Variance analysis, Actual vs. Standard; Actual vs. Forecast/Budget
New Product Unit Cost Estimation review and validation
- Support the plants on New Product Estimation for new product unit cost, and Make or Buy Assessment
Monthly Forecast Unit Cost review prior to finalization of Manufacturing P&L.
Support various BEM&T Cost Savings Projects by providing Unit Cost Analysis, Savings Validation, Consolidation of Actual and Forecast Result.
Prepare and present comprehensive cost analysis reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Cost Analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications such as Power BI and SAP
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates initiative, and commitment to the tasks and deadlines.
