On a typical day, you will be:
- Keeping track and coordinating real estate business workflow
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records, office supplies and general office environment
- Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors/partners and internal functions
- Managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks or enquiries from stakeholders
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Our requirements are:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent would be an advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, detailed and meticulous
