Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entire hiring process from job posting, interviewing to onboarding of all positions.
- Manage documentation for new hirers and departing employees.
- Process work pass appplications, renewals and cancellations and monitor foreign workers quota closely.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance.
- Handle all staff insurance matters, including comparision of insurance plans, facilitating insurance renewals, liaising with insurers, processing claims, if applicable.
- Handle full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll processing/ reporting, commission and OT payments, employee reimbursement, CPF submission and employee income tax matters.
- Responsible for payroll audit exercise and submission of government surveys and government claims
- Handle staff inquiries and disciplinary matters.
- Manage staff attendance & e-leave system.
- Monitor HR policies, particularly compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance to legal requirements.
- Proactively work with key stakeholders on various HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, compensation and benefits, employee performance, staff planning and deployment etc.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll, prior knowledge of Infotech payroll software is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other labour legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details and able to manage deadlines well.
