Admin Cum Purchasing

Job Descriptions

  • General data entry, scanning and filing
  • Administer the time attendance system
  • Generate worker’s payroll
  • Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
  • Monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment/machinery
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level, ITE in office skill or Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong administrative and organisation skills, able to multi-task
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Ability to work independently
