Responsibilities
♦ Performance Management - Plan and facilitate performance appraisals
♦ Recruitment - Develop and oversee recruitment process to scout for talents to meet business needs, including job advertisements, screenings, interviews and documentation.
♦ Management of work passes & quota, Government-paid leave, NS claim applications
♦ Management of on-boarding, confirmation, promotion and off-boarding processes
♦ Management of training programmes
♦ Administer and manage HR & Payroll System for e-leave, e-Time Management System and payroll
♦ Keeping abreast with new HR initiatives and regulations/ policies, and review Company’s HR policy from time to time.
♦ Manage employee relations in relation to employee grievances and disciplinary management as well as communication and employee engagement
♦ Collect and analyse key workforce analytics for business decision.
Requirements
● Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
● Minimum 3 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resource functions in a managerial capacity with track record of past achievements
● In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices
● Good and creative problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read and write English and mandarin
● Able to work independently, with self-initiative and passion
● Must have high integrity and professional code of ethics and be self-motivated
