JOB SUMMARY
- To grow new businesses.
- Manage relationship with clients, support their needs and ensure requirements are met.
- Increase company Sales and company products
- Manage Sales Team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set Sales Target for individual salesperson and Department
- Compose promotional plan periodically to boost alcohol sales and create awareness for house products
- Research on current market trends and events, generate monthly sales forecast reports.
- Develop business clientele via phone, email, and in person
Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Collect of payment from clients
- Manage company overhead budget
REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership skills to lead sales team
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- Experienced or no experienced is welcome to apply
- Knowledge in alcohol brands/products will be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in General trade & On trade (Mini markets, Supermarket, F&B) at least 2 years.
- Possess good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess Class 3 Driving licence
- Possess good Microsoft Office skills like PowerPoint, word and excel
