- Prepare sales, production forecast and material requirement projection.
- Handle production orders and collect production results and data for system posting.
- Analyse data, plan operation, connect to execution and improve planning.
- Handle the Central Kitchen Management System and SAP MM & PP modules.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years in operations planning and control experience of edible food and industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of range of food materials, their supply chain, specification, and quality.
- Good understanding of food preparation, cooking and packing processes.
- Proficient with SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems.
