Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
- Process monthly payroll and maintain the HRIS System
- Monthly preparation and submission of CPF and liaison with CPF Board when required
- Yearly preparation & submission of IR8A
- Process tax clearance when necessary (IR21)
- Generate monthly headcount and payroll reports
- Co-ordinate in timesheet compliance
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process
- Managing and administering the employee performance reviews and processes.
- Managing and facilitating the annual manpower planning, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting process.
- Administering all annual increment, promotion increments, Annual Wage Supplement and bonus payouts.
- Partnering closely with the HRBPs on compensation & benefits strategy and execution.
- Reviewing and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department’s internal workflow and processes.
Requirements
- Min Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or any other relevant courses
- At least 3-7 years working experience in Human Resources, Payroll function.
- Strong team player
- Familiar with rewards and claims system
