Individual to be involved in:
1. Trainee will learn to analyze budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures.
2. Trainee will learn to gather, investigate, summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
3. Trainee will learn to recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
4. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
1. Promoting the company's services and introducing our services to the market looking for expansion.
2. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
3. Implementing new sales plans and advertisements.
4. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
