Our client a multi-national company is looking for a driven and meticulous Senior In-Process Control (IPC) Engineer. Duties and responsibilities
- This role directly reports into the VP, Manufacturing
- To systemically monitor the Production line
- To identify lapses in manufacturing process and Non-Conformances for all products, and rectifying them before systems are delivered to customer
- Propose solutions and system fixes to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Identify key KPIs for product quality and collect quality date
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Deep understanding of QA tools and processes
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
