Service Engineer

  • Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer.
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship.
  • Lead the team to complete assigned jobs.
  • Guide and train SE/AE/Tech/GW on daily assigned jobs.
  • Coordinate all site works with customer/ vendor/ sub-con.
  • Conduct tools box meeting/ safety briefing to team prior to start work.
  • Provide feedback of AE/Tech/GW performance to the management.
  • Provide technical and logistical support to assign sites.
  • Send vibration report to customer and save into server.
  • Provide on-site and off-site technical advice to customer.
  • Resolve technical and logistical problems on the complete range of products provided.
  • Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to customer.
  • Generate Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned jobs/ sites.
  • Participate in planned routine maintenance and Adhoc works.
  • Provide 24x7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
  • Monitor all maintenance activities e.g. battery, coolant, etc.
  • Update and report any outstanding issue for assigned sited.
  • To lead/carry out overhaul as PIC.
  • Support the Assistance Manager to achieve operation objectives.
  • Others tasks/project as assigned by Manager.
