- Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer.
- Maintain a strong customer relationship.
- Lead the team to complete assigned jobs.
- Guide and train SE/AE/Tech/GW on daily assigned jobs.
- Coordinate all site works with customer/ vendor/ sub-con.
- Conduct tools box meeting/ safety briefing to team prior to start work.
- Provide feedback of AE/Tech/GW performance to the management.
- Provide technical and logistical support to assign sites.
- Send vibration report to customer and save into server.
- Provide on-site and off-site technical advice to customer.
- Resolve technical and logistical problems on the complete range of products provided.
- Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to customer.
- Generate Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned jobs/ sites.
- Participate in planned routine maintenance and Adhoc works.
- Provide 24x7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
- Monitor all maintenance activities e.g. battery, coolant, etc.
- Update and report any outstanding issue for assigned sited.
- To lead/carry out overhaul as PIC.
- Support the Assistance Manager to achieve operation objectives.
- Others tasks/project as assigned by Manager.
