Position: Leader, Production

Reporting to: Head, Production

Job Description

1. Monitor plant equipment and overall plant system on a daily basis for all plants to keep and maintain them in good condition, contributing to healthy and smooth output of the plant
2. Liaise with relevant departments (Maintenance, Technology) to rectify quality, process or machinery issues that affect production.
3. Train Senior Supervisors to ensure plant is in serviceable condition to produce processed raw material at suitable ratio in order to minimize wastage/importance of safety and quality.
4. Monitor raw material usage and production to ensure optimum usage of raw material.
5. Provide specific instructions for every shift on all operation aspects such as startup, shut down, changes in operation due to testing, project work or maintenance work.
6. Understand management systems which the company has or aims to obtain certification, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, ITAF 16949 etc., take corrective actions when required and ensure Department members comply with these systems.
7. Lead and instruct in-process studies, experiments such as products and materials testing and conduct analysis in order to improve process.
8. 8. Assist with additional duties assigned by other departments on ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

1. Relevant Diploma’s discipline
2. Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment
3. Comfortable with working in Tuas

Other Information

1. 5 days work week from 8am - 5pm
2. Work in Tuas Plant . Transport picks up to and from Jurong East MRT
3. Basic up to $4,500 - $5,500 Neg, with allowance + AWS + Bonus + Attractive Flexi benefits
