Responsibilities:
- Immediate resolution of day-to-day business and customer needs
- Detail tracking of all orders and issues
- Handling all aspects of customer services (handling potential claims, solving problems, helping with technical and commercial queries)
- Order taking/order handling. Processing orders from A to Z (stock control, prices, order management, delivery follow-up, invoicing etc)
- Arrange customer transportation (from Korea, Antwerp or Houston)
- Payment/credit control
- Office management
- Additional duties and projects as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree / Dipoma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Professional with minimum 5 years of Customer Service and order processing experience, preferably in similar industry
- Knowledge of import / export and L/C negotiation required
- Ability to effectively manage customer base, have direct contact with customer and/or sales offices alike
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
