Job Responsibilities:
- To implement quality related internal audit, GMP audit and annual management review
- Periodic follow up on non-conformances after audit to keep track on the improvement progress
- Conduct annual contaminant screening and liaison with external lab for all analysis enquiries
- Handle sales inquiries such as questionnaires, quality certificates and etc
- Be part of QA Team in FSSC, QEMS and SEDEX Certification Audit, RSPO Audit and unannounced Kosher Audit
- Conduct traceability and mock recall annually and maintain all records
- To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science related disciplines
