Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team as senior management.
  • Responsible for generating and achieving the revenue target for 13 countries in Asia & Oceania region.
  • Responsible for overall revenue planning and formulating pricing strategy for the region.
  • Manage consensus-building on network, flight schedule and fleet planning for the region.
  • Create sales strategy, channel strategy and policy for the region in alignment with headquarter strategy.
  • Assess, verify and review the revenue performance on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis and by stations for achieving the revenue target for all countries.
  • Monitor and analyze demand and forecast data, introduce countermeasures whenever necessary.
  • Manage air fare pricing and policy making from all stations in the region.
  • Manage the expense budget of all stations in the region.
  • Maintain a good communication, coordination and negotiation with headquarter in Tokyo, commonly in Japanese language, on daily basis.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Science or Business administration.
  • Possess more than 10-years of relevant experience in the airline or aviation industry, focusing on marketing field.
  • Excellent marketing & data analysis skills and knowledge.
  • Robust understanding and experience in airline marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as Excel and PowerPoint for analysis as well as presentation.
  • Proficient in English and Japanese for communication including writing, reading, listening and speaking, to coordinate with overseas offices in Asia and Oceania as well as headquarter in Tokyo.
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated individual who works well independently.
  • Patient in developing consensus and persuading management in making decision.
  • Innovative and able to adapt to industry changes.
