Responsibilities:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and user engagement in countries outside Japan, including the United States, Singapore, Australia, and Southeast Asia. The focus will be on building and executing strategies for brand recognition and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition globally.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Google (Shopping, Search), Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Utilize advertising platforms for both web and app (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Collaborate on creative planning, direction, and production of banners, landing pages, and other promotional materials.
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies, and experience with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
- Work closely with the product management team for web services and app development.
- Integrate online and offline marketing strategies for effective global expansion.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a business operating consumer services (toC) or at an advertising agency.
- Proven experience in significantly improving KPIs through marketing efforts.
- Experience in advertising operations for web and app platforms.
- Web: Google Shopping Ads (P-MAX), Google Search Ads, Facebook/Instagram.
- App: Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok.
Preferred Skills:
- Involvement in the planning, direction, and production of creatives such as banners and landing pages.
- Experience in operating listing ads, display ads/DSP, and social ads.
- Planning experience in promotion strategies.
- Experience in analyzing data for marketing strategy development.
- Experience with SQL or similar tools for data analysis.
- Product management experience for web services and apps.
- Practical experience in integrated online and offline marketing.
