Job description
In your new role you will:
- Undertakes product ownership for Microcontroller semiconductor Products for both New products and products in production.
- Develop and champion key business metrics, continual optimization and improvement
- Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle, enhance product competitiveness and improve gross margins.
- Work closely with Development and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing digital tools, platforms, and processes to ensure smooth workflows and increase overall team efficiencies.
- Carry out benchmarking to ensure state-of-the-art processes, tools and methodologies employed to speed up improvement measures.
- Optimize team performance by motivating team by example, influence, training and structure.
- Manage the career development and staffing of team members.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering discipline, with a working knowledge on fundamental hardware and software design applications.
- >12yrs experience in semiconductor industry; Product engineering and/or Chip Designer background
- >5 years of leadership experience required
- Strong technical background and understanding of semiconductor technologies, architectures, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Innovative and creative; proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change
- Experience in Digital transformation in your current job area. Eg, solutions such as Automation, RPA, AI..etc
