Responsibilities:
- Manning of Support emails/calls, ascertain problem scenarios.
- Vendor escalation including performing the witness nole to vendor access to system.
- Coordination with infrastructure team for server access.
- Master Data Setup.
- Support on user setup / access in application side including working with infrastructure user admin team to ensure user login successfully.
- coordinate during new Dialysis Centre setup.
Requirements:
- ITE Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
- Expereince and knowledge in IT support and dialysis machine support.
- System Training will be provided.
