We are seeking a Part time Digital Marketing cum Customer Experience Officer, to join our Novena branch ideally on a part-time 4 days per week basis.
Work Hours
1. Tuesdays, Thursday & Fridays: 3pm to 7pm
2. Saturdays: 9am to 1pm
This role is ideal for for a team player who is:
1. Passionate about all things digital marketing and have a confident understanding of digital market practises including but not limited to SEM, SEO, web design, eCommerce, social media platforms.
2. Able to Have fun at work while you assist us with our day-to-day running of our centre.
Key Accountabilities:
- Creating and scheduling social media post.
- Compiling stats on social media posts and reporting them back to key stakeholders.
- Helping to draft copy and source content to create social media posts across key channels.
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and internal marketing and communication procedures
- Creating and maintaining monthly reports that accurately highlight engagement, growth, competitor behaviour, and learnings.
- Assist us with our day-to-day running of our centre at Novena.
