The incumbent is required to manage the preparation of food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about your craft! He/She should be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic. The candidate is expected to work together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of related experience in a similar capacity in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
- Experience in preparing Indian Cuisine
- Ability to assist in the creative process of developing recipes and presentations.
