Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software applications and tools for educational purposes
- Test educational software, technology, and learning applications for usability, functionality, and performance
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to address and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and technology platforms
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in educational technology and software development
- Provide training and support to educators and students on how to use software and technology effectively
- Assist with the integration of new software and technology solutions into existing educational systems
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in educational software and technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in software development and technology solutions, preferably in the education sector
- Proven experience in software testing, preferably in educational software or technology
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
