- Receptionist duties: patient registration, taking down patient records, cashier duties
- Dispensing of medication: preparing patients' TCM medicine (herbal medicine powder) according to prescription
- Perform tuina massage, cupping and guasha services
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationship with our clients
- Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
- Handling paperwork and admin duties
- Clinic maintenance
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese required
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work and stand for long hours
