What this job involves:
All-rounded sales capability development.
As the lead for Sales Capability and Activation, you will continue the roll-out of our aligned sales training programme for all countries and teams in Asia Pacific.
The role will demand your expertise in understanding the property client life cycle and a strong understanding and appreciation of the interpersonal skills necessary to build client relationships. You’ll be accountable for continuing the roll-out, assessing, and overseeing an agile sales training programme.
As the Sales Capability and Activation Lead, you will work with the One JLL Sales team and the Learning and Development partner to:
- Create online e-modules in line with established design guidelines
- Designing face-to-face modules to support online modules – in accordance with the 2024 plan
- Ensure all courses, e-modules and training support and drive the adoption of common language
- Deliver face-to-face courses (either in person in your locality or virtually
- Ensure that face-to-face programmes can be delivered locally – this means virtually training and overseeing trainers in each geography.
- Updating the dedicated training SharePoint page (at least quarterly).
The design of online modules necessitates proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems.
Focus on employees’ skill building
You’ll ensure that JLL continues to build the capabilities of its employees and delivers to stakeholder expectations.
We also want you to be hands-on with vendor and partner management, involving RFP submissions, budget governance, and delivery. This will require you to work closely with our JBS delivery partners to ensure their capability is aligned and enabled consistently with our local and regional teams. In our matrixed organization your spirit of collaboration will ensure high efficiency and quality of delivery. You will lead review tracking and measuring the impact of the programs rolled out under your leadership.
Strong facilitation skills and experience with all levels of the organisation is key for the role.

Sales capability strategist
We’re looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience, ideally working in a matrixed multinational corporate environment and who has worked in multiple geographies. Part of your role will be to deliver hands-on training – either in the location in which you are based or in a virtual setting. You must be enthusiastic, observant, patient and authentic. It is your responsibility to engage and connect with others, regardless of the setting. You must demonstrate the behaviours you train in every engagement – this is especially important when training virtually.
Great communicator
Do you have a high EQ? Can you work under pressure? These qualities are must for this role as you will be working with many diverse interest groups and often, you’ll have to work under tremendous pressure and have challenging conversations. This means you require great communication skills both verbal and writing. Your ability to convey information persuasively is highly important for the role.
