The Talent
- Possess a degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or Information Systems, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the domain of banking/international trade finance, preferably with exposure to Fusion Trade Innovation (Finastra product).
- Has knowledge in trade finance products such as documentary credits/collections and guarantees, and their business processes and workflows.
- Perform analysis, functional design/specifications, testing/QA and presentations for trade finance projects, using Agile/Lean methodologies and collaborating with software vendors.
- Use SQL, UML, Selenium and HP ALM/UFT to design, test and implement trade finance solutions, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
The Job
- Designing and executing automated tests for the trade finance application using tools such as Selenium and HP ALM/UFT.
- Communicating with IT business lines to understand their requirements and provide functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists.
- Customizing the application, developing document templates and advices according to the business needs.
- Preparing and conducting functional and non-regression tests to ensure the quality and performance of the products.
- Delivering fully tested products on-time and with quality up to production.
- Supporting the technical development team on functional aspects and providing Level 3 support and production roll-outs.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
