This role will provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the dynamic world of E-Commerce.
The goal of this role is to train the candidate with the skills and knowledge necessary to take on responsibilities within the e-commerce team upon completion of training.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Assist in adding, updating, and maintaining product listings on several e-commerce platforms including company’s e-commerce site. Optimize product titles, descriptions and images to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Platform management: Manage multiple platforms requests and needs and negotiate favourable terms and activities for the listing of our products.
- Order Processing: Learn to manage the order fulfilment process, including order verification, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking. To ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Inventory Management: Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, identify popular products, and assist in restocking strategies to avoid out of stock situations.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements. Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success.
- Data Analysis: Learn to interpret e-commerce data and metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends. Use analytical tools and e-commerce platform data to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable insights.
- Website Maintenance: Assist in monitoring website performance, user experience, and identify and report on technical issues or bugs that may affect the customer experience.
- Competitor Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry E-Commerce trends and competitor strategies. To propose innovative ideas and improvements for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and finance, to gain a holistic understanding of company’s operations.
Requirements:
- at least ITE qualifications
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
